A great number of professionals are leaving their countries to work in developed countries

Recently migration has become increasingly common among the undeveloped countries. A large number of highly skilled professionals are migrating from poorer nations to the developed nations. The main reason for this is the poor facilities and opportunities in their native place. In my opinion one of the possible solutions to deal with professionals leaving their country is for their government to encourage them to stay by offering better work conditions. Another solution is for poorer countries to offer better standards of living, more tolerance and a positive future as a way to entice people back to their own country after they have completed their training abroad. Institutions can offer better benefits like more salary, paid vacation and research opportunities. This can provide job satisfaction to the workers who may choose to stay in their existing jobs. Skill training and better education would motivate the professionals and stay back home. This method is proven to be successful in many countries to decrease the number of migrants per year. Also if they are paid with adequate salary, they will never leave their mother land. This is because with good pay they can enjoy a good lifestyle similar to what developed countries offer and through recognition they will be widely accoladed for their contributions to society. Legal bodies should also make mandatory that professionals can only leave the country after serving the nation for two or three years.

In conclusion, it is clear that there are obvious reasons for people to leave their native land. Though the migration of professionals towards developed regions is highly problematic for their own country, it can be controlled by providing them with some extra facilities and it will positively bright future of that country.
